                  两段式煤气发生炉冷煤气输送操作方法Operation method of cold gas transfer in two-stage gas generator

                       从煤气发生炉上部出口的120摄氏度上段煤气,先经电除焦油器除去焦油,然后经过上段煤气冷却器冷却到常温,去除煤气中的冷凝水。煤气再经过第二级电除油器脱除轻油和参与的焦油及杂质。此时煤气中杂质含量可达到小鱼20mg/Nm3。

                      下部出口600-700摄氏度的下段煤气,经旋风除尘器除去灰尘后进废热锅炉回收显热,生产蒸汽,最后进入下段煤气冷却器间接冷却到常温,与上段煤气混合成冷净煤气后用煤气排送机送往用户。

                      冷净煤气输送距离远,适合于自动控制,能满足脱硫工艺的要求。缺点是系统复杂,投资相对比较大。由于出去了焦油和轻油,煤气又被冷却到常温,所以热效率比较低,通常为75%-78%。需要较干净的煤气或需要热值较高的冷煤气时,可以采用冷静煤气流程。
